• 380V AC charging piles: They require a three-phase power supply, with power options such as 11kW, 16kW, 21kW, etc. They charge faster and are suitable for models with higher requirements for charging time or larger battery capacities. However, it is necessary to confirm whether the household circuit supports three-phase power before use.

Portable on-board chargers: Actually, they are a charging cable, with a three-pin plug at one end and a charging gun head at the other. They have a voltage of 220V, high portability, and are suitable for emergency use, temporary charging when the battery is low, or as a backup when going out.
